Justine has worked for businesses of all sizes around the world improving their bottom line by crafting creative solutions. She has expertise in building and launching technology environments ranging from mobile and web applications to SaaS software. She has a strong passion for start-up environments, having previous experience scaling three fast-paced companies from the ground level.

Tim is the co-founder and CEO of Mountain Racing Products (MRP). MRP designs and manufactures high-end bicycle components that help people better enjoy their passion for cycling.  MRP has distribution into 35 countries and you can find its components on bikes all over the world, including brands such as Trek, Specialized, Giant, and Cannondale to name a few.  He also volunteers his time to several local and state organizations tied to education and workforce development.  Prior to starting MRP, Tim was a corporate litigation attorney.
